Customization and Flower Preservation
💬 How to Order :
•   For all custom and flower preservation orders, please contact us directly on WhatsApp (link or link below).
💰 Payment Terms :Â
 •   A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your custom order.
 •   The remaining 50% will be charged upon delivery of your piece (COD).
 •   Payments are non-refundable once production begins, as each piece is uniquely handcrafted for you.
🌸Flower Preservation :
* Please ensure your flowers are partially dried before sending them. Fresh flowers tend to wilt, lose color, and get damaged during transit.
* Clients are required to send their flowers through a courier service. The courier address and shipping instructions will be provided upon contacting us on WhatsApp for your order.
* Please note that courier charges are the client’s responsibility and are separate from the order amount and delivery charges.
* Flowers packaging: Wrap your dried flowers carefully in paper or newspaper (avoid plastic) to let them breathe, then place them securely in a sturdy box for shipping.

•Custom designs are created based on your vision and preferences — we’ll share design options before finalizing.
•Please note: Exact replication of reference images isn’t always possible due to the fluid nature of resin, but we promise every piece will be crafted with care and creativity.
